For those who really want to get to know Egypt, we offer the extensive “Cross Country” tour. You will visit all the major sights of ancient Egypt, and get acquainted with the people of modern-day Egypt as well. Over a dozen different locales – by plane, on foot, by Nile cruise ship, by carriage and on horseback – you will become an expert on Egypt when you travel “Cross Country” with us!

Our “Egypt Travel” representative will meet and greet you at Cairo international airport and handle all your procedures through passport control, luggage area and customs formalities. Then you will be transferred to your hotel

Day 2: (Cairo)

After an early breakfast, we will start our enjoyable trip by visiting the great Pyramids and Sphinx. Then continue to Memphis and Sakkara and view the Step Pyramid of Zoser. Lunch during tour.

At evening enjoy the sound and light show at the pyramids.

Day 3: (Cairo)

After breakfast, we’ll continue our trip by visiting the Egyptian museum including the incredible treasures of the tomb of Tutankhamun and the stunning Jewel Room and the fascinating Mummy Room, Citadel, Mohamed Ali mosque and Khan El Khalili bazaar, lunch during tour.

Day 4: (Cairo – Abu Simbel – Aswan – Nile Cruise)

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll fly south along the Nile from Cairo to Abu Simbel. There we’ll visit the two magnificent temples of Abu Simbel, located on the edge of the Nile, overlooking Lake Nasser. Later, we fly to Aswan, and then drive to your Nile cruise.

In the afternoon we enjoy a ride on a traditional Egyptian felucca, and sail down the Nile to visit the peaceful Botanical Gardens. Enjoy visits to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and Philae temple. In the evening, we attend the breathtaking Sound and Light Show at the beautiful Temple of Isis at Philae. Dinner and overnight on board

Day 5: (Kom Ombo – Edfu)

After breakfast on board, sailing to Kom Ombo and visit the temple of Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu and visit the temple of Horus. Enjoy the night during sailing to Luxor through Esna lock.

Day 6: (Luxor)

In the early morning we’ll start our trip by visiting the sights of the West bank including the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and Memnon Colossi. Then visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. This evening we attend the splendid Sound and Light Show at the Temple of Karnak.

Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7: (Luxor – Abydos – Dendara)

Disembarkation then you’ll be picked up by a private A/C bus to Abydos where you’ll see the temple of Seti I and the statue of Akhmim then to Dandara where you’ll see the temple of Hathor.

Day 8: (Luxor – Sharm El Sheikh)

In the morning, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for flight to the capital of Sinai, Sharm El Sheikh. You’ll be taken to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh for swimming, diving, snorkeling or relaxing on the beach or by the pool.

Day 9: (Sharm El Sheikh – St. Catherine)

You’ll visit the majestic Mount Sinai. Those wishing to climb Mt. Sinai are awakened at 2:00AM. The ascent on foot takes about 3 hours. We are then rewarded with an unforgettable view of the sun rising over the mountain, and a look at the site where it is believed God spoke to Moses. After this incredible experience, we descend for breakfast and a visit to St. Catherine’s Monastery, set beneath the mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments. Day 10: (Sharm El Shekih)

Day 11: (Sharm El Sheikh – Cairo)

Transfer to Sharm airport for a domestic flight to Cairo. Free time and overnight at your hotel in Cairo

Day 12: (Cairo – Alexandria)

Following breakfast at the hotel, we drive to the ancient Queen of the Mediterranean, Alexandria. Together we visit Pompeii’s Pillar, Qaitbay’s fort, the Roman Amphitheater and the Catacombs of El Shuqafa.

Day 13: (Alexandria – Baharia Oasis)

After an early breakfast we drive to Baharia Oasis. Lunch before continuing towards the White Desert and have a jaunt to discover this astonishing geological phenomenon.

Day 14: (Baharia Oasis - Cairo)

We leave toward Wadi El Kebir, the north part of the White Desert, before crossing a chalky succession of various shapes. After lunch, through sand and limestone, we join Sahara el Gedida, "the new desert".

Drive back to Cairo and overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 15: (Cairo – Departure)

After breakfast at the hotel, we accompany you to Cairo International Airport for your flight back home. 

PS. Please note that Nile cruise sailing schedule is subject to be changed due to water levels and sailing conditions, meanwhile, all mentioned sightseeing will be maintained
