Air Transportation We will arrange the best-priced airfare available at the time of your booking in the category you request. Should you change or cancel your airline reservation either prior to your departure or afterwards, cancellation penalties (please see “Reservations” and “Changes in Reservations” below) may apply. The airlines contracted are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or ground transportation. Egypt Travel reserves the right to use the services of any IATA carrier. The passage contract, once issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the companies involved and the purchaser (hereinafter “traveler”) of the transportation and/or tours. Flights Airfares and arrival and departure times of flights are subject to change without notice. Your airfare and tour prices are guaranteed only once we have received payment in full, and have issued your airline tickets. Please note that some flights involve layovers (stops) at airports en route. Please be assured that Egypt Travel uses only reputable, scheduled international airlines. Hotels Accommodations will be provided at the hotels listed for the tour. In the event that circumstances beyond our control result in a change of hotel, an alternate hotel of the same category will be substituted. A list of the hotels and cruisers we use on our tours is included in this website. Transfers Arrival and departure transfers are provided only if noted on the specific tour page of the website. When transfers are included, Egypt Travel must receive your flight information within 10 days of booking, and you must arrive and depart on the days specified for your particular tour. Baggage Tour prices include the handling of 2 pieces of baggage per person. Baggage and personal effects are the owner's responsibility throughout the tour. We strongly recommend Egypt Travel Passenger Travel Protection Program, which provides protection against lost or damaged luggage. Please check with your airline for baggage restrictions applicable to our international flights Children Children under the age of 12 sharing their parents' room receive a discount of 50% off the per-person double-occupancy rate for any of our tours or cruises included in the program. This discount may not be combined with any other discount or special promotional rate. Only one discount may be applied per person, per tour. There are also special rates for children staying separately from their parents in an adjoining room Singles There are unique advantages and disadvantages to traveling as a single. At Egypt Travel we make sure to maximize the advantages and minimize the disadvantages. As single travelers are making plans for their first Egypt Travel trip, they sometimes ask us if they will feel comfortable on one of our group trips. They may be concerned about feeling lost or overlooked in a crowd of couples or families. We tell them not to worry. The camaraderie that develops on a group tour is often one of the most memorable aspects of your trip. You'll be part of a small group on a relaxed, flexible and active itinerary that just naturally helps promote new friendships. Our experience has been that Egypt Travel travelers truly enjoy sharing their experiences with fellow enthusiasts. Your escort, too, will do everything possible to help you feel at ease and be integrated with your group. Singles Supplements The double-occupancy based economics of the travel industry make single supplements difficult to avoid. At Egypt Travel whenever possible, we try not to charge single supplements.
